Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Coach Contact Finder (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Coach Contact Finder provides a searchable directory of college football coaching staff contact information gathered from sources believed to be publicly available, together with recruiting-related educational content. The Service is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any athletic conference, school, team, coach, or recruiting organization.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 may not register or submit personal information. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Account Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. Each purchase is for one individual account unless we expressly agree otherwise. You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, rent, or provide your account credentials to another person. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

4. Payment and Access

Access is activated after successful payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout. Coach Contact Finder does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers. Prices, included features, and access duration are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests should be emailed to coachcontactfinder@gmail.com within seven days of purchase. We may approve a full or partial refund for reasons such as a duplicate charge, a verified technical inability to access the purchased Service that we cannot resolve, or another circumstance we determine warrants a refund. We may deny requests based only on dissatisfaction, failure to use the Service, recruiting outcomes, or use inconsistent with these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your own lawful recruiting research and outreach. You are responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with applicable laws, school policies, platform rules, and reasonable standards against spam, harassment, deception, or abusive conduct.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, extract, or download the directory in bulk;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or repeated requests to collect data;
• resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or create a competing database from the Service;
• share account access or circumvent payment, access controls, rate limits, or security features;
• use contact information for unlawful spam, harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, or discrimination;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or source code;
• interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable burden on its infrastructure;
• misrepresent an affiliation with a school, coach, athletic program, or Coach Contact Finder.

8. Public-Source Data; Accuracy and Availability

Contact information can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any name, title, email address, telephone number, school, conference, source link, or other entry is complete, current, accurate, deliverable, or appropriate for every purpose. Sources may contain errors, and coaches or staff members may change roles. You should independently verify important information before use. We may add, edit, correct, restrict, or remove entries at any time.

9. Corrections and Removal Requests

A coach, school representative, data subject, or other person may request a correction or removal by emailing coachcontactfinder@gmail.com. Please identify the specific entry, explain the requested change, and provide enough information for us to evaluate the request. We may request reasonable verification. We will review requests in good faith, but a request does not guarantee a particular outcome unless required by law.

10. Recruiting and Results Disclaimer

The Service is an informational tool only. It is not a recruiting agency, talent evaluator, agent, coach, legal adviser, or admissions adviser. We do not guarantee contact responses, roster opportunities, offers, scholarships, admission, playing time, eligibility, financial aid, or any recruiting result. Decisions are made independently by schools, coaches, conferences, governing bodies, and other third parties.

11. Educational Content Disclaimer

Email examples, guides, and other recruiting content are general educational materials. You are responsible for adapting them truthfully to your own circumstances. Do not make false claims about your identity, grades, athletic performance, eligibility, offers, film, or other qualifications.

12. Intellectual Property and Limited License

The website design, original text, guides, email templates, organization, software, and other original Service materials are owned by or licensed to Coach Contact Finder. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal recruiting purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you. These Terms do not claim ownership over third-party facts or materials.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without advance notice when we reasonably believe an account has violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused the Service, engaged in chargeback fraud, or threatened other users or third parties. We may also discontinue or modify the Service.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payment processing and Render for hosting and database infrastructure. It may also link to school or other third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

15. Security and Service Availability

We use reasonable measures intended to protect accounts and limit unauthorized access, but no website, database, transmission method, or security measure is perfectly secure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. You should promptly report suspected account compromise to the support email below.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or recruiting success.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Contact Finder and its owner, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or recruiting outcomes; or claims arising from reliance on directory information, third-party conduct, unauthorized access, or Service interruption. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Coach Contact Finder during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coach Contact Finder and its owner and operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your communications with third parties, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Any court proceeding that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pennsylvania.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Coach Contact Finder concerning the Service.
